First: Admission Requirements

* Duration of the study phase of the diploma awarded after two consecutive Asian Studies Diploma student
Second, application deadlines :
1 - is to provide students and their enrollment first year in the month of August and September of each year and the Council determines the beginning of the school year the institute every year .
2 - Institute a systematic study and may not be affiliated with students
3 - are required to obtain a diploma of specialization in Asian Studies from the institute, said the study continues, the student successfully for two semesters .
General provisions:
** Hold the exam for diploma students twice a year, one in May and one in September and the next exam required to enter at least not forthe student attendance rate 75%

Master
- Are required to register for the master's degree in Asian studies to obtain a good estimate at least a Diploma in Asian Studies
- Are required to register doctorate degree in Asian studies to obtain master's in Asian studies at least a good grade
- Do not be a master's degree in Asian studies or PhD degree in Asian studies only after they pass the student Alangalzah language tests ( TOEFL ) and Computer Supported from the University of Zagazig
** Granting master's degree in Asian studies one of the following estimates (excellent / very good / good acceptable)
And identifies a master's degree in Scientific Section and Specialization and the title of the message , appreciation and history of the approval of the Institute and the University Council grants .
* Student is granted master's degree in Asian Studies
PHD
- Are required to register doctorate degree in Asian studies to obtain master's in Asian studies at least a good grade
** Awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Asian Studies one estimates the following (First Class Honours - Second Class Honours -awarded doctorate degree "PhD in Asian Studies") and determines the Ph.D. Scientific Section and Specialization and the title of the message and the appreciation and the date of approval of the Council of the Institute and the University Council on grants.
